1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Swing Shift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Swing Shift. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
• Share other users' personal information without consent
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Swing Shift. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Swing Shift offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swing Shift and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
