Our Story

Swing Shift was born out of a simple frustration: traditional dating apps assume everyone is free on Friday nights and weekends. But nurses, firefighters, factory workers, pilots, and millions of other shift workers live on a completely different clock.

Our founders — kept matching with people they could never actually meet. Date suggestions for Saturday brunch don't help when you're sleeping off a 12-hour overnight. So they built something better.
